Jon Giancola's passionate voice and ripping guitar solos make this band stand out.  Being able to emulate the styles of such greats as Carlos Santana and Stevie Ray Vaughn really helps make the Sofa Kings a band you'll want to hear.

An original member of the Sofa Kings, Jon's vocal qualities have been compared to those of Bob Seger and Bruce Springsteen.  His love of music can be heard through several songs he has written and performs in our nightly shows.  Additionally, Jon has opened for such national acts as The Grassroots, Van Morrison and James Montgomery.
