Al Obler

Al Obler is one of the best bass players in southern Maine and a
driving force behind the sound of the Sofa Kings.  From walking the blues to laying down a funky groove, Al has it going on.

Al has played with many bands over the years and is well-respected in the music community. 

Besides playing bass for the Kings, he's the sound engineer too...and manages to do both without dropping a note!
